I really enjoyed this program it was easy to follow and understand because Kait explained the process in details, so no misunderstanding on the way. I really liked the videos and the recipes you got during the program. The Carnivore Diet really helped me to make my gut happy. Have struggled with gasses and cramps for many years. So now I’m feeling much better and have a lot more energy during the day. Will definitely continue eating Carnivore but include plants low in fiber. I recommend this program 100 percent!! I started this a while ago and didn’t complete, I rushed through it today as I’m two weeks carnivore and now wish I finished this program when I purchased it a while ago as I feel great already and won’t turn back to sugar as I binge eat to much junk And up back where I started all the time This program is quick, informative and has all the information you need, it’s not like other that seem to intense and information overload. I definitely feel much better early with boat work and lifestyle, not lethargic and lazy

There is lots of support from both herself and her community of people in the same situation as you. Changed my mindset and lifestyle for the better.
